This is the privacy policy for yogeshdesign.com, a personal portfolio operated by Yogesh S (Yogesh Sathasivam). It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past. The short version: this site is a static website, it has no accounts, no login, no comments, and no advertising, and it does not sell or share personal data with anyone.
Who is responsible
Yogesh S, an independent UI/UX designer based in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India, is the data controller for this website. Questions, corrections, and deletion requests go to hi@yogeshdesign.com and are handled personally, usually within 2 business days.
What this site collects
The pages here are pre-rendered static files. There is no account system, no newsletter signup, no comment section, no chat widget, and no advertising network. Nothing on a page asks you to type personal information, and nothing is written to a server-side profile about you.
- No cookies are set by this site for tracking, personalisation, or advertising.
- No third-party analytics, heatmap, or session-recording scripts are embedded.
- No fingerprinting, cross-site tracking, or data brokering takes place.
- Your browser's local storage is not used to identify you.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on Vercel's global edge network. Like any web host, Vercel processes standard request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, and response status — in order to deliver pages, defend against abuse, and produce aggregate traffic counts. That processing is performed by the host under its own privacy terms, I do not receive a copy of raw logs tied to individuals, and I make no attempt to re-identify visitors from aggregate figures.
Email you send me
If you email hi@yogeshdesign.com, I keep that message, your address, and anything you attach for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of the engagement. I use it only to reply and to do the work we agree on. I do not add you to a mailing list, and I do not pass your details to a third party unless the law requires it.
Embedded and linked content
Case studies embed self-hosted images and video served from this domain, so playing them does not hand your data to a video platform. Outbound links to LinkedIn, Behance, Dribbble, Instagram, and X are ordinary links: once you follow one, that company's own privacy policy applies and this policy stops.
Your rights
Because almost no personal data is collected here, most requests resolve quickly. You can still ask me what I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask me to delete our email history. Write to hi@yogeshdesign.com with the word "privacy" in the subject line and I will confirm the action taken.
Children
This site is a professional portfolio aimed at an adult audience. It is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If the site ever adds analytics, a form, or any other data collection, this page is updated before that change ships, and the revision date at the top moves with it. There is no silent rollout.
